"Pastries are okay, but will be leaving one star for the customer service. Masungit yung bantay. We bought many pastries and ref magnets (there were two us), and I asked for two separate paper bags (cause again, there's two us) pero bawal daw. I was even willing to pay extra for a freakin bag. It's the tone and the way the attendant spoke to us that really threw me off. The branch we went to was located at Sta Cruz. Again, food is good but you can pretty much get the same food in some other pasalubong centers."
"Their staff are clueless on their pricing and the products they are selling. Make sure to ask the cashier before paying, magkaiba ang tag price ng products nila compared sa system nila. A 150g tablea was tagged ₱180 pesos, but when I purchased their 100g mas mahal pa. Apparently it was really ₱240 pesos. They are quite deceitful with the prices."
"I already been on this bakery last 2017. This 2024 many things have changes. Arrowroot is the delicacy I am looking for but they don’t have a lot of it. Owner mentioned due to the summer season and only very few farmer of the arrowroot, there are few raw material available."
"Easy to find. Located near the municipal Church. Just be cautious on the one-way roads going to the area, and the road are a little tight. Many choices on their bakery products. We specially like the Arroroot (uraro) cookies, also try the tamarind candies 😉. Small marinduque souvenirs (ref magnets, etc.) are also available if you want to. A well recommended stop at Sta.Cruz if you happen to pass by. 😊"
