"Nice little resort in Boac, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Rooms are well kept and clean. They offer all day breakfast and short orders which is very convenient if you don’t want to go out to eat. Service is excellent! The owner and caretakers are very kind. I felt well taken cared of and right at home here. Location is far from the town proper but close to the beach."
"Excellent place to stay in if you don't want to be in the city and want to have peaceful surroundings and indulge in the beach. Ramed, the owner, was so accommodating and answered my questions even before I booked! He was very responsive and helpful. And when we got there, we felt very welcomed—he even had suggestions for what to do on the island. Beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water! And it's right outside Casita Agnes too. If you don't feel like going on the beach, there's also a pool on the property that's great for a dip or a night swim. The rooms themselves are great. The open-air bathroom was cool, and I appreciated the small touches like the wireless charger that doubled as a bedside table. The location isn't near the port, but that's honestly the only downside. If you don't have your own transportation, Ramed also has options (scooter and car rental). Thank you, Casita Agnes!"
"It was my first time in Marinduque, and among all the available properties, I chose this one, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect (beachfront), the amenities are well functioning, the WiFi is fast (a must for me as a VA), and the rates are very reasonable. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and what truly stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. Sir Ramed, the owner/manager, personally waited for my arrival at around 2 AM to ensure I got there safely. He even helped arrange a reliable driver, which gave me so much peace of mind as a solo traveler. They also offered a land tour, and it was 100% worth it - I had such an amazing time exploring the beauty of Marinduque. On top of that, my accommodation was upgraded, very private, and everything was well-maintained. I felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. "One of the best places we’ve ever been during our honeymoon 🤍 It’s conveniently located near Boac town, which made it so easy for us to buy everything we needed. It’s also close to the sea — perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery and a refreshing swim! 🌊 But more than the place, what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people.
