When you log in through Facebook, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely to identify you as a seller or buyer on the Marinduque Marketplace and to facilitate communication between users.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Set up your seller profile.
  • Display your name next to items you list for sale.
  • Allow potential buyers to contact you via the Messenger link you provide.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is strictly used for the core functionality of the Marketplace.

4. Data Deletion & Storage

We store your data as long as you have an active account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions in our Data Deletion policy or contact us directly.

Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your Marinduque Marketplace data, you can:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile settings (coming soon) and click "Delete Account".
  3. Alternatively, email **Mark Spencer** at the email associated with your Facebook account with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Upon request, we will permanently remove all your listings, profile information, and account data from our servers within 30 days.
